Why we call it 3D-Pro-ML?
1. ML in 3D-Pro-ML is an abbreviation of Multilayer;
3D-Pro is a multi-layered zirconia material featuring a true gradient transition from 3Y to 4Y to 5Y compositions – progressing naturally from the dentin zone to the incisal zone. This is not merely a simple layered combination.
• Dentin Zone: Utilizes high-strength 3Y-TZP crystalline structure, delivering exceptional fracture toughness and mechanical reliability for clinical safety. This ensures robust performance while maintaining safe laboratory processing margins.
• Incisal Zone: Incorporates highly translucent 5Y-TZP crystals, optimized for lifelike aesthetics and minimal wear against antagonist teeth.
Whether used for anterior or posterior prostheses, 3D-Pro simultaneously achieves natural aesthetics and clinically proven safety.
LeoTech 3D Pro-ML zirconia is designed based on 3 gradation principles which are translucency gradation, strength gradation and shade gradation, a lifelike denture accurately expresses the definition of similarity of natural teeth.
